Dark Spring. Mixed media: acrylic & oil pastel on paper, 21" x 29"

After a week of expressing myself via art for the loss of my sister at too young of an age--and going through the gamut of emotions that were mostly of anger, I realized I was very sad beneath. I also realized that life goes on, and Dark Spring was my final embodiment of those feelings.
