Halloween en plein air. Watercolor and marker on archival paper, 11 x 15 inches without mat. Halloween time on North Union Street in Lambertville, NJ, provides so many riches. There is Mardi Gras-like feel on the actual date, but prior there is so much lead-up with creativity, professionalism, fun and care. In my painting a fellow-artist is painting a view of one of the tents while I am across the street painting him and some of the view. In addition to the focus and time commitment to paint the scene, it was FUN!!!
